The documents available from this website are subject to standard UK copyright laws. For you, the buyer, this means that the documents may be adapted only by filling them in. Any other adaptation of the documents is not permitted. They may only be copied and distributed so that the landlord and tenants have a copy each.
The buyer may only use the documents for their own use. They may not allow anybody else access to the files or documents for use, either in paper or electronic format.
The buyer must delete the files received from About Inventories once the documents have been printed. If the documents become unusable after this has happened, the buyer is invited to contact About Inventories for a replacement.
