CHECK OUT

The check out report is the point at which the inventory 'process' comes full-circle. We attend an appointment at the property and note any damage or other changes made during the tenancy. From this report you can decide what, if any, repair is needed to restore the property to its previous condition.

In our check out report you will find:

  • An at-a-glance summary page.
  • The outgoing tenants' names and mobile numbers.
  • Forwarding address(es).
  • A breakdown, room by room, of the whole property with full details of changes of condition, both deterioration and repair/decoration.
  • Meter readings on the day of the check-out.
  • Utility supplier names.
  • A list of all keys returned.
  • Tenant signature declaring that they accept the accuracy of the check out.
  • Time and date.
  • Name of the inventory clerk responsible.

David Nicholson, Martin & Co. Crawley.

As soon as the check out report has been taken, we will provide you with an immediate, hand-written report. This will detail any information that you might urgently need to know about cleaning or repairing the property. The full report will be emailed to you within one working day, and then printed and delivered or posted to you as soon as possible.

Remember, we back up our check out reports with digital photographs of any and all damage to the property. We can send these to you or archive them for your convenience.

We are happy to provide check outs based on other companies' inventories.
