INVENTORYWe designed our inventories to be clear and easy to follow. Our clerks include plenty of detail, typed in longhand so you don't need to learn lists of obscure abbreviations to understand what we mean. All defects and marks are digitally photographed as back-up evidence to our inventories, and these can be sent to you. But you don't have to store these yourself - we archive all documents and photographs so you don't have to. |

Our range covers East and West Sussex, Hampshire and parts of Surrey. Call us if you are unsure if we cover your property's location - our staff are always happy to help! |

Our check-in report is a combination of data collection and customer service. We formally introduce your tenants to their new home while at the same time noting telephone contact numbers, meter serial numbers, keyholders and more.

Inspections - booked either at regular intervals or just once during a tenancy - offer the landlord or property manager a glimpse of a rented property's condition during the residency.
They are designed to offer you piece of mind and forewarning of extra work that may be needed when the check out takes place.

The check-out is the natural partner of the inventory. As with our inventories, our check-out reports are lucidly organised and highly detailed. We note all and any damage done to the property since the inventory was taken, room by room, along with forwarding addresses, utility suppliers, and much more.
Plus of course, we back up our check-out reports with digital photographs, available to you at your request.
We are happy to work from other companies' inventories.

A snagging report is a catch-all, designed for after remedial work has been done. It notes any remaining defects still to be corrected after redecoration or refurbishment has taken place.
