At Kingfisher we produce our inventories to a high standard. Our main two ideals are thorough yet easy-to-understand detail, and a high degree of accuracy.
In our inventories you will find:

- Property specification: we will tell you the number of bedrooms and whether the property is furnished, part-furnished or unfurnished.
- Ceiling, wall and floor details.
- A list of all fixtures, fittings and contents.
- Detailed information on the condition of the above.
- Meter readings, serial numbers and locations of meters.
- EPC status, if you require.
- A list of keys, plus key reference numbers where applicable.
Your inventory will be sent to you within two working days (although in practice the turnaround is usually shorter than this).
And don't forget: we back our inventories up with digital photographs, so ambiguity is kept to an absolute minimum.

HOW TO BOOK AN INVENTORY
- Take one, empty property with no occupants - or furniture that won't be present during the tenancy. In an emergency we can work around tenants and furniture still to be removed. However, a property that is bare except for the items the tenant will have access to allows us to produce as accurate an inventory as possible.
- Send in any cleaners and/or decorators before the inventory takes place - it would be a shame to have an inventory that mentions broken shelves or threadbare carpets that are fixed by the time the tenants arrive!
- Contact us via email, telephone or via our online order form.
- Give our inventory clerk a set of keys.
- We will do the rest!
ALREADY HAVE AN INVENTORY?
We update our own inventories for a reduced charge.
Please note: we do not update other companies' inventories, as checking their accuracy and filling in extra detail amounts to a similar amount of work to producing a new inventory.
