A snagging report is compiled mainly for property developers and landlords, and works as a precautionary report. It provides details of any outstanding or inadequate work still to be done following remedial work, redecoration or refurbishment.
In our snagging report you will find:
- Property address.
- Date.
- A breakdown, room by room, of any work still to be done.
- The name of the inventory clerk responsible.

HOW TO BOOK A SNAGGING REPORT
- Ensure the property is empty.
- Let us know the address of the property and the range of dates it will remain empty.
- We will arrange the booking and inform you of the date and time we will be present.
- We will compose the report.
